Amish Friendship Bread!

A good friend of mine gave me some Amish Friendship Bread. For those of you who don't know what that is, it is a bread that takes 10 days to make. You let it sit on the counter and ferment. Then after ten days you mix it all up, and divide it out. You keep one for you that is ready to make, then give the rest of the divided bread dough away, unless you want to be baking bread every 10 days. Anyway, it is a vert yummy sweet bread that would be perfect for a breakfast treat! I now have two loaves of delicious bread, and 3 bags of bread dough. I would keep doing it, but I don't really want to bake in another 10 days since we won't be here anyway! So if you are in Rexburg and need something to do in 10 days, let me know before Wednesday and I can drop off a bag and the recipe. You can't make the bread on your own, you have to have the dough given to you and the work partially done. It is fun if you have never done it before, so if you want some let me know! As an added bonus, it makes the house smell so good! I made it while Marc was in class and he could smell the cinnamon when he walked in the door! Since I really want to get rid of it, if you are in AZ and want it, I will bring it to you since we will be there for Thanksgiving. Let me know!
